• Products purchased under clearance, promotions, or final sale.
• Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it or issue a refund.

6. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to a customer’s change of mind, the shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
